WHERE DID YOU GET THE NAME MOMMAGEE? My name is Angee and my Dad’s name is Genario. Growing up everyone in my family called my dad “Uncle Gee” and all my dad’s friends called him “Grandpa Gee” as an inside joke because he was the oldest guy in his little circle of friends. So growing up my friends and cousins called me “Baby Gee”. When I was pregnant with my first son Nate, my hubby went and got a tain top airbrushed while he was out in North Caroline and it said “MommaGee”. He thought I’m no longer “Baby Gee” because I was about to be a mom. The day that we came home from the hospital after having Nate, I wore the shirt. All our friends and family kept callin me “Mommas” or “MommaGee” after having Nate and the nickname has stuck since then.
WHAT KIND OF CAMERA DO YOU USE?
SONY DSC-T70. It’s a Cybershot. I got it back in 2007 at Best Buy.
WHAT PROGRAM DO YOU USE TO EDIT YOUR VIDEOS?
Windows Movie Maker on my PC.
WHERE DID YOU LEARN HOW TO DO MAKEUP? I learned on my own by watching other people and then practicing on myself. I would also find inspiration from music videos, magazines, cartoons, and clothes.

HOW DO YOU FIND TIME TO DO YOUR MAKEUP WITH A FAMILY, WORK AND SCHOOL?
I wake up early and put my makeup on before the kids get up.

To become an elementary school teacher.

WHY DO YOU ALWAYS USE NYX MILK JUMBO PENCIL AS A BASE?
It is my favorite base. Not only does it make all eyeshadow colors pop, but it makes my eyeshadow last all day long.
WHERE DO YOU GET ALL THIS MONEY TO BUY ALL YOUR MAKEUP?
I work which allows me to spend money. I also have the coolest sponsors.
HOW DO I GET COMPANIES TO SEND ME MAKEUP LIKE YOU DO?
All the companies that have sent me products have contacted me because they like my videos. Just have fun making your videos and be yourself.

WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE MAKEUP BRANDS? Bitch Slap Cosmetics, NYX Cosmetics, Ben Nye, Heavenly Naturals.
WHY DON’T YOU USE MAC? I personally just can’t afford it. I have a handful of their shadows and a couple palettes and I do really love them. If I could afford it, I’d probably buy more. But … my family and bills come before my shopping
