EYESHADOWS – $5 each

Each 5 gram jar comes with 1 teaspoon packed to the top of the jar. I love how Annette packs every jar to the tip top. These will seriously last you forever guys. Each full jar is only $5 each!  All 4 of these eyeshadows are brand new to the website.

Colors from Left to right: Lemongrass, Minted Lemon, Organic Field, and Black Sapphire.

Swatches were applied dry over Too Faced Shadow Insurance.

LEMONGRASS: A pretty lime green with gold tones to it.

MINTED LEMON: Another pretty bright green. This as more of a yellow tone to it.

ORGANIC FIELD: This is a pretty olive green shadow.

BLACK SAPPHIRE: This is a beautiful blush black shadow. It has a slight brown tone to it. FAVE!!

NEW CLEAR LIPGLOSS BASE – $2.50

This comes in a 10 gram jar, packed to the very top, which is great because that means you will have a lot of product. What you do with this is either wear it clear OR you can take any eyeshadow from Raving Beauty and custom make your own glosses. I plan on mixing my own gloss for a youtube video. What do you guys think???

The gloss is a little thick, so you do need to mix the shadow REALLY good.

VEGAN BRUSHES

LARGE CONCEALER BRUSH – $9

I love how big this concealer brush is. I have a couple of concealer brushes, but none this large. I used powder, cream, and liquid concealers and I absolutely love using this brush because the coverage is nice. It’s easy to pack on concealer under the eyes as well as blemishes along the face. Pats the concealer right on out.

RETRACTABLE LIP BRUSH – $7.25

Ehhhh .. I didn’t really like this brush. I liked the idea of having the little retractable part so I could carry the brush around with me the nights I wear lipstick, BUT the bristles on this brush was just not good. I tried lipstick and lipgloss with this brush and you could see every single brush stroke left on my lips from it. Not cool.

FINE POINT LINER BRUSH – $8

From the picture that I saw on the website, I thought the brush was going to be a lot finer. It wasn’t. The bristles are soft, but it’s long and thick. I think it will be great for my clients who love thick liner, but for me personally, my eyes are so small that I have to wear super thin liner so they don’t look any smaller. I will use this for my out of the box face makeup

SO OVERALL …

Eyeshadows: loved all of them. They were all formulated very well because each of them are super pigmented applied dry over too faced shadow insurance. Loved these 4 colors together too

Clear Lipgloss Base: the only thing I didn’t like about it is how thick it is. But then again .. it is supposed to be lipgloss. I like how you can custom make any lipgloss color just by adding any Raving Beauty Eyeshadow. I already made a couple I will be doing a live video soon mixing one of the colors that I really liked.

Vegan Brushes: Didn’t really like the Lip Brush or Fine Point Eye Liner Brush. I did really like the Large Concealer Brush. It pats out my concealer perfectly under my eyes and face.

Each little melt comes in s plastic container, as big as a large jello shot. They come with a little cover and are all labeled with the scent of the melt. Each one comes in a small ziplock bag. As soon as you open the ziplock bag, the aroma from these little things just come out. Just from smelling out of the containers, Strawberry Preserves and Cinnamon Buns are my favorite.

Before I get on to the review, what you’ll need is the melts, melter, and tea candles.

What’s cool is that it doesn’t take long for the melts to melt.

Within 5 minutes half of the melt had melted and the whole downstairs smelled like Strawberry Preserves. Within 15 minutes the whole thing was melted and the whole house smelled yummy. I left the candle burning for about an hour before blowing it out. The house smelled for the rest of the night and the melt turned back into a solid form. So, I can still use that melt! Yeay!

LET’S REVIEW EACH OF THEM ONE BY ONE …

COOL CUCUMBER: Jason didn’t really like the scent of this one but I didn’t mind it. It smells like a freshly cut cucumber. And I personally love the scent of cut cucumbers so I liked it. It would be great in the kitchen cause it would smell like you just made a fresh salad LOL.

CINNAMON BUNS: This is one of my favorites!! The scent of this one makes me drool … seriously LOL. After smelling this one, it makes me want to bake or make a Cinnabon Run LOL. When you light this one, it seriously smells like you just baked it up in the kitchen.

STRAWBERRY PRESERVES: This is my #1 fave!! My mother in law loved this one too. It smells like fresh, ripe strawberries. I drench my strawberries overnight in sugar to make them sweeter, and that is what it smells like. It smells so good. I wish you guys could smell it LOL.

HONEY DEW MELON: This was Jason’s favorite. This smells dead on like the honey dew fruit. It’s yummy, sweet, and not too much.

Each little cup contains 2 ounces of melt. What I love the most about these little things is that they’re only $2. I am all for great products for cheap LOL. It’s a great way to test out scents before purchasing full candles, which is what Annette is currently working on at the moment. I’m excited for those to come out because I’m a huge candle girl. My mother in law and I are always buying the really big jars of candles for the house, cause we like to light them everyday to make the house smell good.

Some scents are stronger than others. For example, Cinnamon Buns was the most strongest out of the four because of the cinnamon fragrance. I’m definitely going to be getting more melts because these smell SOOOO good. Those of you who like candles I think you’ll really enjoy these. For the price, you seriously cannot beat it!

We went to Shadowbrook, which is the restaurant Jason took me to after he proposed to me.

The restaurant is located in the residential area of Capitola and also next to a river.

The parking lot for the restaurant and entrance are on top and is surrounded by so many beautiful flowers and palm trees. You have to take a trolley or the stairs to get down to the restaurant!

The trolley takes you down to the restaurant. And as soon as you walk in, your greeted by the sweetest staff! Each part of the restaurant has its own theme. There’s one room surrounded by salt water fish tanks, another with a huge fireplace, some outside near the gardens, and next to the river. They brought Jason and I next to the river, to the same exact table where we sat 6 years ago! It was so crazy! We were both tripping out. It’s so pretty during the day. The last time we came at night and they have white christmas lights all throughout the garden and trees. It was so pretty lit up!

We had a drink to celebrate. Jason had a Cesar Salad and I had a cup of Clam Chowder Soup as appetizers. They also walk around with Fresh Hot Bread right out of the Oven. It’s so soft and warm. Jason had asked the guy to leave 3 breads and the guy was like “how about I come back so that way you eat hot bread and not cold.” Jay was like “Good man” Jay had a steak and I decided to have shrimp for dinner. It was soooo yummy.

After we ate the waiter brought out Chocolate Truffles to celebrate our wedding anniversary! I thought that was so sweet of them. Let me tell you … these truffles .. were the bomb!

Afterwards we headed outside and walked next to the river, next to the waterfall, and their very own herb garden.

The view from any part of this restaurant is absolutely beautiful!!! I love it!!!

After we were done walking gathering in the scenery we rode the trolley back up towards the parking lot and had a little makeout session LOL!

If you are in The Bay Area and never been, you got to have lunch or dinner here. Either way, it’s so romantic, the food is great, and the service is amazing. I seriously feel at home with the staff here cause they are on top of everything!

I personally love it when people take the time to make something. It means a whole lot more to me knowing that someone put love and energy into a product rather than having a huge assembly line making their stuff for them.

So, what I love most about this line is that there are no pieces alike. Everything is One of a Kind. The last thing I want to do is go somewhere and someone is wearing the same outfit or accessories as me LOL.

PARROT PARADISE EARRING & NECKLACE SET – $16

This is such a beautiful set. These colors remind me of summertime! This set totally makes me want to go to the beach LOL! I love how bright the colors are yet the set is very simple. I can wear it with jeans and a tain top or with a nice summer dress. The quality of this set is very strong. You don’t have to worry about it falling apart or breaking on you. Cassie you did a great job putting this set together girl. Both of my Grandma’s would’ve like this set.

ORANGE AND GREEN GLASS BEADED EARRINGS ON SILVERTONE HOOPS

I am a hoop kind of girl. I love any kind of hoop earrings. I love small hoop and big hoops. What I love about these earrings are the beads, especially the big oranges ones with the black little dots on them. My favorite color is orange, so it makes me love it even more LOL!

PINK CRYSTAL CHARM BRACELET ON SILVER-PLATED CHAIN WITH MATCHING SILVERTONE HOOPS – $16

This is my personal favorite!!! This set is so pretty and girly to me. I love the little charms on this bracelet. I also love how it doesn’t have the little hook on it. You know how you have to pull the little hook back and then attach it to a hoop on most necklaces? This one has a little bar that you put through a hoop. I love those so much better. The hoop earrings have the matching pink crystals on them. So pretty!!!! I love this one Cassie!!!

She also now offers to switch out earring hooks to surgical steel or sterling silver for those who cannot handle silver plate. But sterling silver costs $3.00 extra per set of hooks.
Customers will have to E-mail her prior to ordering so she can change the price. She is in the process of editing each listing.

MAKEUP BAG – prices vary depending on size $11-$12

This makeup bag is hand sewn, hand painted, and hand beaded. These little lizards are so cute! Every summer I would go on vacation to the Philippines and around my grandma’s house there would be little geckos walking on the walls and ceilings. My brother and I would always try catching them. That’s what this bag totally reminds me of LOL. The padding on this bag is nice. It’s thick and soft, which is great and ideal for makeup cause it will prevent the makeup from banging around too much so you wont have to worry about your makeup breaking when you’re carrying it around with you. I love the detail. I don’t know about you guys but I appreciate detail and hard work like this.

Nate was so cute. When he saw the bag he wanted to keep it to put his toys in it. I tried explaining to him that it’s for makeup and he said “Mom .. there’s lizards on it. Lizards are for boys not girls” It was the funniest thing. So .. not only do I like it but my kiddo likes it too LOL!

Hey everyone! So I’ve had some new goodies from Bitch Slap for a couple weeks now and I’m finally able to fit in some time to share my review with you all. As most of you guys have seen on the Bitch Slap website and on youtube updates from the team, we have came out with some new stuff: palettes, which are all each hand painted and come with very cool designs on the outside of the compact as well as glitters.

I’ll start off with the new palettes .. including

CALI BITCH BY MOMMAGEE – $27

This compact is pink .. SUPER BRIGHT PINK! Pink was both of my Grandma’s favorite colors so I thought it suit the palette well. It also has a cute little scull with a bow on the cover. I love skulls

My palette comes with 3 matte shadows: a bright red, an orange, and a bright baby blue. And also 1 shimmery purple shadow. The formula of these shadows are softer than the paintwheels that we have, so you don’t have to put a lot of product on your brushes for these colors to show.

THAT’S MONEY BITCH BY KATHY – $27

I absolutely love this new palette. Each eyeshadow is crazy pigmented. Hubby is an Oakland A’s fan .. and this palette would be perfect to wear for one of their baseball games. Even a Green Bay Packers look too!!! I’m such a sports junkie LOL.

This palette comes with 4 matte shadows: bright green, light neonish green, yellow, and white. These shadows are not chalky at all.

AINT THAT A BITCH BY DELILAH – $27

This palette comes with 2 glittery shadows and 2 matte shadows. The bright red and yellow are the ones with glitter. The glitter in these shadows are like the ones in the paintwheels. So pretty! The light blue and black are matte.

Each palette also comes with a duo brush/spongetip applicator. And a nice big mirror so you can beat that face when your in a rush or on the go.

GREEN GLITTER – $13

You all know that I fell in love with the gold glitter that I received last month! I’ve fallen in love with this green glitter!!! haha. These glitters are seriously SUPER GLITTERY!!!! I love how fine the glitter is .. and I love how it sparkles when the light/sun hits it. I eventually want all the glitters LOL! It comes in a FULL 4 gram jar. It will last you FOREVER!

WASHED OUT BITCH (5 PAN PALETTE) – $20

We’ve had this palette out for a while now. It’s one of the many 5 pan palettes that we have available. This palette is a great wearable palette for everyday use. There’s even a nice matte black shadow to take any look from day to night.

LIP PLUMPER – $13

My sister and I are both going to test this out for another week before I post my review on this. You’re supposed to apply this 2-3x a day. Today was my first day.

What I like about it so far is that it doesn’t have that tingly/burning sensation. I also like that it’s really smooth, so it goes on like a oily gloss. It moisturized my lips so far. And that surprises me cause I have sensitive lips and products tend to dry them out.

So .. I’ll give it one more week before giving my full review.
