Day 4 of P90x

WHAT I ATE TODAY:
BREAKFAST: 1/2 Beef Top Ramen with 1 Egg (didn’t drink the soup), 1 glass of water
SNACK: 1/2 cup of blueberries, 1/2 cup of pecans, 1 tablespoon honey with 1 glass of water
LUNCH: 1 corndog with mustard, 1 glass of water
SNACK: 1 sliced apple, couple slices of pepperjack cheese
DINNER: 1 chicken breast (cooked in olive oil with salt, pepper, garlic, diced tomatoes and onions), 1/2 cup shell pasta (cooked with diced tomato and onion, covered with parmesian cheese), 1/2 cup of steamed brocolli
WORKOUT OF THE DAY: Yoga X, 1 hour 30 minutes long
Today’s workout was tough! I’ve done yoga before but there are some moves in this dvd that I just cannot do yet. My goal at the end of the 90 days is to be able to do all the moves without falling .. lol. This workout we started with 4: myself, sister Racquel, her friends Lala and Lindsey. And we ended with 2: Me and Lindsey. We were so excited that we lasted the entire workout! Cause let me tell you .. we were sweating and at times or legs and arms were shaking, but we hung in there! All the stretching and different moves made my body totally relaxed. I love at the end of the dvd where we just lay on the floor and close our eyes and there’s no talking. It is just totally relaxing. I could easily fall asleep after that workout if I were to do it at night. So day 4 was a long one, but good one. Tomorrow’s workout will be Legs and Ab Ripper X.
